We had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel in a great location. Just a short walk from the Pedro de Valdivia metro station, it was easy to explore the surrounding area, including several embassies and great restaurants like Astrid Y Gaston and the Ancla. the room was large and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was included, and had everything we needed to start our day off right.
It was a great stay but the pool could have been cleaner.

We enjoyed hotel's location and breakfast. Manuel montt is in 10 minutes walk from the property. Room met requirements. The hotel was near teatro nescafe de las artes and you can walk to Drugstore Boulevard.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge and comfortable beds. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. We also enjoyed the small pool area, which was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.
That the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. They were friendly and tried to be helpful, but didn't always have the information we needed.

The Hotel Alcala Del Rio Santiago provided excellent value for money. Located on a quiet residential street near several embassies in the Providencia district, this hotel offers a peaceful and convenient location. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast included was more than acceptable, ensuring that guests start their day off right. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, such as reasonable minibar prices, adds to the overall positive experience.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Great stuff: very nice, always ready to help. Excellent location: quite quiet place, much better in this respect than hotels on Pedro de Valvivia or Avenida Providencia, 10 minutes from the nearest metro station (Pedro de Valdivia), a few small cafés and small convenience stores close to the hotel.
Cleanliness of carpets leaves to desire; all the furniture and TV set seems old and worn

The location is convenient and the environment is good.
Extremely poor attention at the front desk. I needed more than half an hour for the check out. The two ladies in the desk did not pay any attention to the two complains I had about my room: the room had poor ventilation and the water installation in the bathroom was not working correctly. Moreover, they did not help me for reservation of a taxi.

One of the positives of this hotel is its value for money. Based on the reviews, the prices of the minibar contents were quite reasonable, making it a good option for those who want to indulge without feeling guilty. Additionally, the hotel's location on a quiet residential street nearby several embassies in the Providencia district is a great advantage. It offers a peaceful and safe environment for guests to enjoy their stay.
Based on the reviews, it seems that all was fine with this hotel.

The Wi-Fi was not very good on my room. I could barely make a Skype sound call. I had to go to the lobby to make the call.

This hotel was clean and well-kept. The breakfast was basic but ample, and we were allowed to continue without hurrying after the advertised dining time, which is always nice! Good location, quiet, apart from the adjacent carpark, which can be busy in the daytime. Very attentive staff.
The room was very clean & tidy but rather small (we changed it to a standard twin on arrival which had not been available at booking time). But the main negative point was that with so many cable tv channels, we couldn´t watch any news in English - CNN was in Spanish only, and the BBC channel had very poor reception with interference from a local station.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The food in the dining room was good value for money, with excellent salmon. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. The hotel arranged a fantastic tour for us.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Our conference was in Hotel Sheraton and it took about 7 minutes to come there. The personal of Hotel Alcala del Rio is very friendly.
Comfort in this hotel does not accord to 4 stars but rather to 3 stars. The equipment in the bath room is too old. There is not any list of paper and any envelop in the room. The breakfast includes the same things all 9 days: one and the same sort of soft cheese, of semi-hard cheese, of sausage and of ham in a form. It is not too bad but not good for 9 days.

Located on a tranquil residential street near several embassies in the Providencia district, it offers reasonable prices and excellent attention to detail. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, with their helpful service and multilingual proficiency. Basic amenities are provided, and the rooms, although they could use some updating in terms of carpeting, are comfortable and clean. Additionally, the included breakfast offers a satisfying variety of options to start the day on a good note.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.
